J. Birks Bovaird, President & Director, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Bovaird has been a financial consultant to both public and private Canadian companies for over thirty years. He presently sits on several company boards including Energy Fuels Inc., a fully integrated uranium and vanadium near term producer, UNOR Inc., a uranium exploration company focused on Western Nunavut and Baffin Island, Hawk Uranium Inc. a Canadian based junior mining company with a portfolio of diversified exploration projects and Cenit Corporation, a holding company. Mr. Bovaird has completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate directors, Corporate Governance College and has obtained his ICD.D Director's designation.

Ian A. Shaw, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Shaw obtained a B. Comm., in 1964 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 1969. From 1993 to present, he has been Managing Director of Shaw & Associates, a corporate service consulting firm specializing in corporate finance, regulatory reporting and compliance with public companies in the resource industry. Prior to 1993, his experience with resource based companies included serving as Vice-President, Controller and Treasurer for Curragh Inc., and Controller and Treasurer for Sherritt Gordon Mines Inc. He is also a director or officer for a number of public companies.

Paul Millar, Director
Mr. Millar has over twenty years of experience in the finance industry. He has been the President of York London Holdings Limited, a real estate investment company, since 1999.

Andrew J. McQuire, CMA, Director
Mr. McQuire received a mining engineering degree from Queens University in
1970 and went on to earn his masters degree in mining engineering in 1974, and a CMA in 1980. Between1972 and 1978 Mr. McQuire worked with Placer dome as a mining engineer. He went on to join Sunlife as a portfolio manager and analyst until 1987, and was a senior gold analyst with RBC until 1990. Mr. McQuire then joined Broad Oak Associates as an Executive Vice President. Since 1996 Mr. McQuire has worked as a private consultant and is a director of a number of public companies.

Franz Kozich-Koschitzky, Director
Mr. Kozich-Koschitzky is a private consultant with over 20 years experience in
the financial industry and the public markets both in Canada and abroad.

Robert J. Leinster, Director
Mr. Leinster has been a Chartered Accountant since 1959. Until 2004, he was a partner in Grant Thornton LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm specializing in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions.

France Crawford, Corporate Secretary
Ms. Crawford has been a corporate consultant for 30 years and has acted as Corporate Secretary as well as being responsible for accounting functions and the preparation of financial statements for several public companies.

Warren Hawkins . Exploration Manager
Mr. Hawkins is a Professional Engineer and a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Hawkins graduated with the degree of Bachelor
Of Applied Science, Geologial Engineering from the Univeristy of Waterloo (1989).
Over the past 16 years Mr. Hawkins has held positions in the mineral,
environmental and capital market industries.
